新年快乐! First day of 2015, and it was started off with an adventure. Cassidy and I met up with Qiyi at 10 in the morning. She took us to one of the hair salons close to the east gate. Cassidy and I both have been talking about getting our hair cut and we figured it would be a good way to ring in the new year. I had been debating a while whether or not I would do this, but a change will be good. It was a full experience, we had our hair washed, head, shoulders and neck massaged. Then the hair cut commenced. Both of us ended up with haircuts that we really like. After that Jesse and I went to a foreign bike shop to buy a pollution mask. It was a bit of an expensive purchase but the air quality is bad enough that I can justify this purchase. I also really want to start running again, but the pollution makes impossible. Every time I went for a run I would be down for a few days with a cough. Thus I now have an epic bane mask,and hopefully my lingering cough and running nose will finally clear up. So tomorrow I will begin a running routine and hopefully work my way back up to my old routines. On our way back we stopped at an open air market to pick up veggies for stir fry. Dinner was another success, having a functioning kitchen is amazing. First day of the year, pretty awesome!
