Got to talk to my dad on skype today. That was a good deal of fun, we haven’t chatted in a while. As this draws to a close I find myself reaching out to talk to more people. I think I am just making sure all the connections are still there for when I replug into my life back home. After I talked with him I headed off to school. As it turns out today was a long day, so a good four hours of Mandarin. So my brain fried a little bit, it always does when we go that long for class. I really need to just bring my snacks. I have them but I always forget. After class I was walking home and there was a rather spectacular sky happening. The last couple of days have been marvelous in the evenings. I snapped a few pictures of it the headed off to my room for a quiet evening. I have been feeling artistic these last couple of days and have been trying to find ways to express that. I am really enjoying the pictures I have been taking, I really like the way the chronicle my life here. I am so happy with my life right now, even if the shower has decided that it only like cold water. Meiling is going to go ask after that tomorrow because cold showers are no fun. That’s all I have for today, but tomorrow might bring something interesting.
