Day 74 -- August 6

ell today was about as routine as it gets. But it was our last day of Book 1. Our class will take the test and we’ll be on our way to Book 2. I went to the Lucky Bookstore and picked them up after class. I think we are going to get about 3 or 4 lessons in before the end of the semester. I am hoping I will keep up and use the book as a tool while I am away from a Mandarin speaking country. The other really productive thing I did today involved finally booking my hotel for my last day. I am very excited to have a real bed for my last day in Taipei. I will be out of the dorms bright and early on the 23rd of August and go over the MRT. My hotel is a five minute walk from  a Station so it won’t be too bad I don’t think. Tomorrow I may have something more I don’t really know. I think I am going out to dinner with the boys in celebration of them leaving to bicycle tour Taiwan. We’ll see how it happens, wish me luck on my last test of Book 1!
